Renmere was founded in 2013 as an independent tax practice and has since grown into a multidisciplinary advisory firm that specialises in Tax Advisory, Transaction Structuring and Corporate Finance. Our practice is based in Cape Town and Johannesburg and undertakes assignments throughout South Africa and the rest of Africa.

With a focus on the mid cap sector, our clients include listed and unlisted corporates, private equity funds, high net worth individuals, family offices, as well as corporate finance, accounting and commercial law firms.
