Tom specialises in South African VAT. He has a master’s degree in taxation and practiced as a VAT specialist at two of the Big 4 accounting firms prior to joining Renmere in 2015. Tom has previously also worked for the South African Revenue Service as a VAT auditor. Tom’s clients include institutional investors, large corporates and SMEs within a variety of businesses and economic sectors and his focus areas include VAT advisory, technical opinions, reviews, ruling submissions, training and due diligence.
