Jaco is a qualified tax attorney with more than 12 years of experience practicing tax in both South Africa and Canada. Prior to joining Renmere in 2024, Jaco practiced as a senior tax manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Canada, specialising in advising large multinationals and publicly listed entities on complex tax matters, transaction structuring and implementation, corporate reorganizations and tax planning.
Jaco has extensive experience in the global mining industry and has advised on transactions in various jurisdictions.
